Don’t worry if you can’t get close to Haad RIn, you can still get to the Full Moon Party easy enough by taxi bus, it’s not expensive and is a much safer option than taking your scooter across the mountains.
If you wish to visit the Half Moon party of Shive Moon Party, then Ban Tai is where you need to be, although once again, a regular taxi bus service operaties to both of these parties on Koh Phangan.
